UPDATED! Demon seed (Nudity and nasty "Va Jay Jay")

Hey I'm trucking along! Here's my third digital painting using my new Wacom tablet, I'm really getting the hang of digital painting and I'm loving it. I always, always wanted to draw a creature like this it's something that always has been in the back of my mind and now that I'm more comfortable painting on the computer I finally got it out of my noggin. I must say I pretty psyched how it turned out it's so gross I love it. Have a happy New Year!

pretty brutal ideas here! i think overall it could use alot more contrast because as it is now, it's a very mid tone/dark picture. her "pet" has some strong, direct hilights, but her skin has none.

If the picture were done in black and white, I'm sure you would hardly be able to see the lady. She definitly needs more highlights to bring her to the same plane as the monster. You can make her stand out either with light or colour.
Their shadows also need to be darker as it looks somewhat like they're floating.

The figure of the lady is greatly distorted and I think that looks good if that was what you were intending.

Overall, I think it's a very nice piece and good concept but still needs a bit more work~
