are you using a smudging technique to do this? you need to make the darks darker and some nice high lights.

Your right, adam, i do need some darker darks. And i did cheat and use a smudge stick for some of it. I drew this a few months ago, maybe ill dig it out of the box its buried in and work on it some more. Ive learned that nothing ever is finished, its just due. drawing/painting/sculpting is an infinite series of corrections.
