If I saw that lump of insulation move I'd freak the hell out. Reminds me of the dog breed that looks like a black mop when it lies still.

I bet it must be a real pain keeping it's fur clean and straight, huh? I know dogs with that kind of fur require alot of maintenance. Probably counts for whatever that thing is, too. I mean, you CLAIM it's a rabbit...

How does it see or hear anything? Haha.

EDIT: Oh, so that's what a riding tribble is...

I have a request for you Cheer-me-up guys. I have a rather large repository of musician friends who post musical scores and they all sit around and laugh at how obviously hilarious the arrangement of the notes on the bars are or where the clefs are placed, and it goes completely over my head. The engineering majors post fallacious circuitry diagrams and so on.

So I'm wondering if any of you have any kind of joke or fallacious practices or anything that only practicing artists will get, digital or traditional that revolves around technical aspects. Help me get a little elitist egotistical come-backs to all of these closed circle jerks huh?

    Thanks. Much love

Well, the conceptart memes are pretty much of an inside joke. Forgot which animal was used, but it was a continuation of the whole bachelor frog/socially awkward penguin/insanity wolf thing. They're back in the thread somewhere. Maybe someone has them stored and could repost them?

EDIT: Also look at the icon of my post.

Well, (reminded by the CA Cock) there's always Art Student Owl... http://fyeahartstudentowl.tumblr.com/
They vary a lot but some of them might fit that.

Those are cool, but they are really specific to the CA forums. I'm really talking about things that relate to the fine arts and how the work is executed, rather than how the communities around it work. I have one idea in the back of my mind similar to this that I will execute... I think it's gold

    http://euge.ca/2012/01/13/interruption/

So what ends up happening is someone is transposing a concert performance and the red text is the nokia tune going off. If you can read music then you will get it. I don't find it funny but apparently to the Music major's, it's hilarious.

Maybe I'm just comparing apples with Oranges here... it's not a big issue, probably post some pictures of Lolcats and be on our merry way.

And then God said, "Let us make man in our likeness and our image. Let us make him ridiculously hard to draw so that poor artists everywhere will have to spend 10,000+ hours failing repeatedly before they can begin to capture the form and likeness onto a two-dimensional surface." And there was man. And it was good. And artists everywhere lost their minds.

This is one of those things i feel everyone knew about but the world was hiding from me all along.

Its just a little program that helps get rid of jitter and smooth out your brushtrokes so you get a clean lineart when digital painting. Doesn´t seem like much but if you use PS for example, where there is no damping parameter o any smooth curves like in illustrator then is an epiphany.

P.S. You might need to enable XP compatibility mode for it to work.
