hit your lights harder, shapes first then beef them out into bad ass, post more and stop sleeping, sleep is for the weak. Me and brian are going to monica's later tonight, gimmie a call.

not too shabby... altho the painting is really dark.. hope you brighten it up some so we can see more of it..
one think i dont like about the squid head guy is his feet.. they look too human... WAY too human... most of him is human-esque.. i mean even the hands seem a lil gangly.. but those feet look like they could be on any old dude.. i think you could of gave him some fin like feet.. while still keepin the feet.... meh..
All of these are looking good, but what excactly was that your first time at? Graphite?
sorry...it was my first time posting a thread
Good concepts...Nice shading...Lacking in anatomy...And it shows...I'd suggest studying and practicing basic human anatomy for now...
Nice ideas, but without a solid base in human figure studies, you won't progress much past the "good concepts" or "nice shading" part...
Keep practicing human anatomy...Get references...Draw from life...You're off to a good start...
thanks for the comment...i work on my anatomy everyday....it is the only way i can get better
thanks again for the comment though
Yeap, lot of stuff here ! Hello, Tony ! Some of your creatures concepts are pretty intersting. If I could made a suggestion, I think it's a good thing to alternate between drawing and colored stuff. Like you did with the sea creature. Keep posting, man !
