good lookin sketch bro, put some more work into studying faces and drawing them. this one is feeling too flat, watch the rendering around the mouth and eyes. Getting to really know the planes of th head can help a lot in this regard.

But nice drawing overall, like I said I'm digging what you're starting to do with your linework. It's getting looser everytime, try putting some more variation into it!

    ciao!

    hey man,
Thanks for the comment and te crit.
    Okay so update tiume.
So I have been reading mein kamf < yeah the autobiography of Hitler. Its quite intriguing to look at the world thorugh the eyes of a monster, or maybe a dillusionally ill person.
So I am also thinking of putting some rough drafts of the story in sequential sorta way.

    Hi bhanu
nice sb. some interesting stuff in here. to crit some poses seem a little stiff. I am guilty of the same. Also you might want to pay attention how you describe different textures with the mark you make. more!

    Noice !!
Keep an eye on the chest's muscles. Especially the abdominals. They're a bit confusing.
Also, the lines look a bit messy from time to time... keep things clear !! =)
    Keep pushing bro !

Improving a whole bunch Bhanu! The sketches are nice, but try and strengthen the line quality like has been said. With the painting, it's not too bad, but with the face try and use the same method as you do with the body rather than just dark outlining. So it all flows Keep it up man, great progress.

Thanks for visiting my SB. Like your work here. I'd like to see how you progress with your line work. I would suggest to, now and then, discipline a bit and use long sweeps to get the long gesture of the torso to the leg, etc. Try it and see what happens when you resist the multiple strokes for one sweep. I know that as you search for the right form you can use many lines in your search. Imagine the shape you want B4 you draw it. Cleaner lines are also more efficient and read easier. One way is to do a trace over your original and find the lines that describe the gesture best and sweep them out on the tracing.
I've done thousands of copies of quick sketches, from some super advanced students and picked up their thinking on just this aspect. This was a important part of my training. Just a suggestion, your work is always getting better and better.
    Keep up the great studies.

    Hey bro

Daniel and Aztec have said it - don't get too messy with the lines. Every line should have a purpose!

But the updates are really good, I'm digging the lot. Keep these up and keep focus, always think about what you are doing!

    ciao bro!

I get the feeling that you may find it useful to challenge yourself to increase the orderliness of your details by a notch when you do your sketches. I maybe wrong of course, whatever is comfortable for ya.

    Yo bhanu!

Sorry for not dropping by earlier man, you're making good progress with the water colours - I can see you are gaining more confidence.
But I think you are still trying to be too illustrate-ish with it.
Go have a look at Solon's thread over at SoFA, look how he creates form with his water colours. Try using them like that to get the most out of them I think. I think when you are able to do this effectively, you will be better equipped to do more detailed rendering in water colour as you are now!

    ciao man, keep well!

    Hey bhanu

cracking updates my man. My biggest crit is look at how the head attaches to the torso - the women's neck isn't looking convincing enough, and the dude is looking a bit flat. watch your proportions bro, but overall I love the texture you've created - really awesome, please continue using it. Really nice stuff, you're making solid progress

cheers man and HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEAR!

    hahaha, that year-killing-pic is awesome.
i think you should listen to Daniel, you tend to get stuck on basicly one tone. I too have got this problem, getting stuck in midtones. Don't be shy - get some black in there!
by the by, I like the red pen sketches, very nice.
    happy new year!
