Bandwidth

Boring topic, but I wanna find out something. Whenever I post a picture I get a bandwidth exceeded message and ya can't see the website for a day. But I can't afford to pay for a site ... I've been using brinster for free cos it's real easy to set up a page on it and keep it updated, but there must be someplace else to run a gallery from that doesn't cause a bandwidth problem. ... Where to look? What to do?
