Cheers mate. I always think of DiNero in Cape Fear as the ultimate Wolvie ( Besides the Kent Williams Meltdown one) Hence the smaller chest and Dockyard arms. Cheers!

    Thumbs up

Few more odds and sods....sorry all, no tidy stuff yet. Just Biro while I'm on the phone at work. Only had a red one for one page but it seemed to inspire me a bit. The aquaman rework may well have been done many times and is far too generic but hey..I was diggin it. Hope y'all like em. leave your thoughts if you do
Sorry if things are getting huge..SHould have some fnished stuff soon. Working on my folio and keeping it quiet till I'm ready

Thanks so much for the comments so far. For someone who has been out of the scene for many years it's a real buzz to get feedback.

Ooh yeah, you've got the styles alright :3
This is some very nice stuff, only thing I notice is that you seem to have some trouble with the lower legs? They often look too short and thin somehow. Think about it.
Otherwise, just lovely. Love the August sketch. Dandy shoes :3

Thanks Ragathol. Not sure what you mean by lower legs. i kinda like my spangly style on them. One of my biggest bugs with a lot of modern comic work is impossible leg lengths. I do it myself sometimes but hey.;-]

I mean that the lower legs are shorter than the thighs when they should be about the same length. The thickness is more of a style issue though, and you can do it your way

Chucked some colour on my Female spartan last night. Corrected some anatomy issues ( I like to keep my ladies around 5'6).
I only had my Master Chief Action Fig for armour ref.

Don't like how the unmasked face is getting on so I'll prob change that.
PS CS2. Updates soon after my travels...ta ta for now.

That last pic of Green Arrow is great. the inks really give it that classic comic book feel ala, Buscema and the Kuberts. Can't wait to see more.

Thanks. I always seem to draw a bit Kuberty....I never really mean to. Never ref'd them and I don't set them as my benchmark. Strange how that just happens? Always been a Windosor Smith, Buscema fan though.

More updates. Is this boring? I feel I am pusing myself slowly back into a better groove. i think constantly about composition and technique. It has been many years since I asked this many questions on a daily basis. i am back in love with my art and all arty aspects around me!

Anyhoo. I thought I'd try drawing straight to wacom. Some post will be quick photo ref'd and some from my busy mind. Hope you like em and keep looking

I think my mages may be a bit large. I shall try to tidy up to make it easier for the slowbie internet crowd in the future!
