This woman you've been working on has a very traditional feel, like it was done by an old master or something. That is pretty cool, I think it is mostly in the hands and legs that I'm seeing it, and the head is very small, but good too. I would finish the piece, then shrink the body to match the head, that way you havn't lost any of your hard work. Keep it up. ^_^

Try and give it another "mood" by laying down some dark colours, and maybe placing a strong secondary light coming from below (inside the broken "shell"), just to add some drama. And use more cool colours to show its an android.
    Keep it up!

    Thanks a lot for suggestions
At the beginnig I had thought that the dagger it was a good idea, but now I think that it did not go well because it is unknown from where it could have taken it. instead I had thought next to a piece of glass of the cap from where is escaping, what do you say about this idea?
For the color I work on it eheheh

thanks for stopping in my sb, I have to say this is the first time viewing your sb. Lots of great stuff going on in here. Your portraits are coming along very nicely. I can see you understand structure, Like diego said, try pushing your values a tad bit more to make your drawings pop. If your using pencil or charcoal pencils grab 4b and start throwing down some value. Your digital painting is coming along also. I really like your knight characters, Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see more.

hey dreamworker, just thought I'd pop by for a sec.
Doing great, like the coloring on the wip and allso latest SP.
in the early stage drawing of the wip girl the proportions looked kinda off, but you fixed it later on.
    Keep it up!

hey there, thanks for stopping by in my book. last digi is looking good - hand might be slightly too big (or the face is too small - normally the hand fits quite exactly onto the face), but other than that good work! looking forward to see more!

Hey whats up. nice SB u have goin on here, your faces are looking very nice. To crit a few, this one: http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/6...rtrait4bb6.jpg is lookin sweet, all except for the hair. Maybe it's just me but the reflection on the left side of the hair makes it look like the cranium is oddly shaped. Also, on that last one, its rendered out really nice, anatomy is rockin, the hands look great, the feet look good, but the head still feels a bit small to me, she looks oddly thick to me. Cool stuff all in all, keep it up.

Some nice work here mate, keep with those studies and they will pay off, one thing to eventually keep in mind is that when you feel you are ready, being to use those skills you have honed in a creative manner.

I for one can attest that technical mastery is an addictive path to transcend, but don't be so caught up in this endeavour that you forget why you started illustrating in the first place - and that is to make people forget their everyday lives, and to lose themselves in the worlds and places and people that you present.

Look forward to the day that you will be able to do this, and realise that this can only happen - stealing people away from their normal every day lives - when your skills are so high that your execution allows people to stop thinking that they are looking at merely a 2-dimensional representation of someone's imagination.

Looking good in here, nice job on the android girl so far. One small suggestion: correct the ellipses of these glass cylinders, a circle on the ground plane in perspective cannot be distorted the way you drew it, it´s minor axxis must be perpendicular to the horizon line. Otherwise it looks pretty good, I really like her left hand, very expressive. Keep it up.

Be sure to rest your hand properly, switching hands to draw is a pretty tricky thing to do. Get well soon dreamworker. I guess looking at other drawings is all you can do for now
