Such lovely, confident drawings, man. Your artwork always makes me so freakin' happy. lol That one of you sitting in your car drawing is one of my faves. It has a feeling of being a more accurate Tekkonkinkreet sort of art style mixed with a bit of school house rock era. Ha! They're all quite beautiful. From the awesome gun designs to the tree littered with birds. Keep 'em coming. You have a wonderful imagination.

i've seen your whole sketchbook and shown it to a lot of people. you're really talented man. just wanted to send you some praise. quick question-- do you draw your sketches in pencil first or is it just straight up fountain pen?

Mostly ink directly but on occasion I use a thin pencil sketch to get the scope of the piece, in the sketchbook it's ink directly all the time.

    thanks

Epic! Very nice style. You must be really patient. Are they really one go each? I mean, no use of eraser?

Dude that is badaass! You should get one of those Japanese Notebook style moleskine books. They are individual pages but then they can fold out into one long piece of art too!

Yes I might buy a one of those foldout moleskines next time, thanks all
as for eraser, no I tend to go with ink directly, but in this case when I did three spreads I printed out scans and had as a reference while continuing, I made some thin pencil work on spread two and three to get all the plumbing inplace
