The year is 2075. The world's population has exploded to an unimaginable 37 billion people....
And football is still the planet's most popular and well attended spectator sport.
The need for urban pacification, crowd control and riot dispersal is at an all time high. Realizing the risk and upholding its motto to always act "For the Good of the Game," FIFA has outsourced this security job to defense contractors. The FIFA Megagoblin is the state-of-the-art in genetically engineered bio-weapons ground deployment. The exact recipe of combined DNA strains is classified, but from outward appearance, the Megagoblin resembles something between a gigantic lizard and a sewer rat. In the field, the Megagoblin deploys like a coiled spring. Pheremone sensors in the Megagoblin's face tentacles can detect elevated levels of human testosterone BEFORE a riot escalates, ensuring first-strike suppression of any violence. And the occassional furtive sexual tryst.

"…in the year 2046 Poland was the host of the World Football Championship. After the finals between Poland and Brazil, that was won by Brazil in an additional time 2:1, there were riots in whole Warsaw. The Police couldn't handle the crowd so FIFA authorities permitted the FIFO units to be used. In spite of cute name, these creatures were the most effective forces to control the crowd until the year 2038. Then the championship were in Greece and one of the beasts trod on the child. After that incident FIFO forces are kept in reserve..."
FIFO are genetically mutated creatures, designed to control the crowd [they are aloes used by the military forces]. They have huge water tanks and two "water-gunned arms" to tame the furious crowd. They have up to dozen arms to catch the most dangerous hooligans and the mechanism that inject tranquilizers. With many eyes it has abbility to watch the great territory. In the event of special threat occurrence, it spreads the bleary gas through its hard skin.

concept: The Grass Licker
This creature is the zamboni of the football pitch, let out late at night secretly by the FA, to clean the pitch ready for the next day. It uses its oversized tongue to lick the pitch clean. It has a rough underside with comb like protruberences which clean the grass and pick up any dead grass, which is then swallowed up and expelled through its head. On its underside it also posesses small teeth grinding patches, which grind the grass to a perfectly cut level.
This creature hates football, and uncommonly known to many, is the realy reason why Wayne Rooney broke his ankle - Rooney was practicing late one night when they set this beast out to clean the pitch....the grass licker's hate for football accumulated in a rampent attack on Rooney, trying to gobble him up...thankfully Rooney's ears were far too wide to the licker to swallow.
