    Your 3d stuff looks great, but your 2d an traditional work is weaker and rougher, like you spent a lot less time on it. It looks like you need to work more on the fundamentals - anatomy, proportion, modeling with paint and light. The one piece that shows more 2d skill is the turnaround for the horn-head guy. That has a much better feel.
