Nice colors! The drawing style's not quite my cup of tea but it's pretty well executed The first one's my favorite - and in the throne pic, there's one little thing I think you could fix - the purple lady's breast should hang down a bit. They're not really responding to gravity at all - it looks more like she has a tight corset on than being bare chested. Actually, all the girls could use a bit more gravity in the chest. Even little ones hang. Could be stylistic though, I guess.

Nice little collection of work though

Personally I dig the style. Nice ink work, piece #4 has what looks like an intentional looseness to it, if that is what you were indeed going for then good job. I should really work on my own inking, but I am too much into my pencil work at the moment. That damn Marco keeps inspiring me to get my pencilwork tighter.

Thanks for sharing these, it's always nice to come across surprisingly good work on this site, especially from artists whose work I have not personally seen before.

Hey Nigel, great stuff here man. Its nice to see the traditional inks and watercolors, I can't wait to see the acrylic on wood piece. Your color work is inspiring. My only crit would be the lips on the watercolor piece look a bit flat. Solid post dude...nice work.

thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions, i really appreciate you taking the time to give me your thoughts.

nonie - thanks. glad you thought it was well done despite not totally digging the style. i see what you're saying about the throne piece breast hangin' (or lack thereof).

artiphats - thanks alot, i'm stoked i managed to surprise you. really glad you dig the style - it's good to get an idea of whether or not a style is appealing. i was going for a looser look on #4, glad it came across.

    Jho - thanks!

stuter - thanks very much, you replied to both my threads - i appreciate your thoughts. i checked out your site too, it looks great. i like the graf styled illustrations and paintings - cool stuff.

chaps - thanks buddy. next time i'll run it all by you first and get your thoughts on 'em before i post.

WolfBane - thanks so much, you're too kind. i'd give it a c minus myself!
