Aborted CHOW project. For the Egyptian Lich Theme

Inspired by Michael Moorcock. Same for the hawk-guy in the previous post.

Just some designs that've been hanging around a long time. I'm bad at letting go of old concepts, always keep reworking 'em.

wow there are some really good looking female bodies here. i like the black kind a vampire lady with the mask , really inspiring. the last one n0. 4 also really one of my favs, by the way do you like kinda castlevania?- i do´nt know but somehow i´ve get that feeling here...
ps: i´ll definitly visit this again , so keep up the good work and if you would do some more male studies liek that good ones with the womans it would be more interesting

goblinshark: Yeah i should definitely do more male anatomy. Maybe if i do some spidermans stuff. Got inspired when i saw Marko's thread. I never played Castlevania, but i do like the artist who does most of the artwork for those games. Her (his?) name slips my mind right now..

You have a real beautiful looseness to your lines, and your concepts (especially clothing) are inspiring! Maybe you could tighten your pieces up more without loosing the loose quality?

Thanks for the comments all. here are some pictures i've been reworking, ranging from slightly to very problematic. any pointers are always welcome. Or do i post them in the WIP section for that? Mostly halfnaked damsels, sorry about that, but i've got a dragon and a reject COW concept too. Enjooyyy!

A belated thanks for the comments. Sorry to keep people waiting *cough* but here's a bit more. The plant study is from life, the faerie is more a colour study than anatomy (painfully obvious) and the two sword elf isn't my idea. AAnd the faces were part done for CHOW#33. That should be sufficient clarification. Until next time.

Your imagination is glorious. These character designs are amazing. The vulture guy and the Jackal guy are really cool. So is the Space man.
The energetic way that you paint the female form is true artistry! That expressiveness is what art is all about I think.
