Hey Kan,

Nice environment, love how you are pushing those brush strokes! Did you use the smudge brush? It has a very nice creamy feel to it.

Yeah I'm the same way regarding posture. I had to get rid of the cintiq at work and I'm using regular tablet again to keep the elbows close to the ribcage. I'm still taking meds but less doses now and I think the biggest and best helper in my case has been swimming. Not only are my joints supported but it also forces my arms to move in different directions than what it's normally used to while sitting at the desk. So I'm getting there, slowly but surely!!
