Darkside: Thank you very much, glad it shows.
carlosranna: Hey Carlos, thanks a lot buddy. How's it going?
Ok,
Another snow and rock painting. It's the one thing I don't know how to paint properly so I am trying to simplify and use blocks of masses to achieve the desired effect. Need to do more..
Thanks for watching,
Khan

wow mate. these are really impressive! What program did you use for them? Looks like PS, but I know you also tend to use Painter.

hey mang!
great studies, the simplicity of the shadow shapes convey a great deal of information, i cant quite put it in words, but looks like a worthwhile exercise, thanks for posting those.
Moleskin sketches are sweet, the depth u achieve in the lighting is quite mesmerizing, even more so in real life
thank you for the inspiring words this week, have been enjoying the past few days drawing on the undergroundwent to canary wharf station this eve and drew pedestrians commuting about, was great to draw some people of all shapes and sizes, really quite a challenge, but the most fun i have had drawing in a long time!
have a ton of life drawing to post tomorrow when I get home, would like to hear ur feedback on it, i passed my course and learnt a lot, will be facing my art fears from now on! watch this space
hope all is well Khan

Ok,
I had a rough week behind me and both private and professional life are draining energy from me. The only thing I can bring myself up to do is to paint some vast and lonely landscapes. Here comes another one.
Hope you like it,
Khan

Ahhh how relaxing
One thing I would like to point out in your environments though, is atmospheric haze.
In the far distance, moisture would start to take over a little bit, so toss some blue over the greens to add in to the distance.
Regardless, this one makes me feel GOOODDD![]()
