Here's just a small 20 min. warm-up sketch. I'm teaching the process of robo-design next week and decided not to go with the computer.
Just the good ole' pencils and markers. They should learn to design without custom brushes and other stuff..
Expect some robots in here for a next few weeks.
Best regards,
Khan

Great work!
VicepaD: Thanks a lot!
Here's just a basic explanation of custom brush-method of designing the robots.
Cheers,
Khan
Cool stuff! I love this conept http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...1&d=1172658863
Ciao
This is why I love you dude. Keepin everyone on there toes. Good explantaion on robot design. Helpful, helpful, helpful. And the robot for the workshop is really cool with the sick looking body attached to it. Kinda like a cyborg, right, or just a robot with the skin pulled over it. But that would rot tho. Now thats sick dude. Lol. Oh yeah, I started a new SB, wondered if you would stop by and crit some of my works, not very many and wouldnt take too much of your time, but only if your up to it. If so its in my sig. Really great and inspiring pieces in here. Cant wait till Im at a level of this magnitude.
Wow man.. your work.. it's really good.. I like your deformation schemes and creation skills.. and now I'm listen some of your tracks.. it's a good and relaxing music.. special for work..!! and well man.. I don't know much about all that.. only i know that it's so good..!!

lirica: It was the war that brought two of us together but i'm very grateful for all we've been through. Much love, Kan.
Here's some off-the-subject illustration i did a while a go. I planned making a short in the "Miami Vice" and Chuck Norris style. Maybe i'll do it one day.
This is the poster / teaser i made for it:

Totally admire your willingness to explore so many aspects of your art! Ur a good example to many ppl here who get stuck into one thing. EXPLORE.and you do it with taste and most of all Skills......AWESOME!

Woe, amazing cpncepts.
I really like the digital paintings, especially the pitbull, you really captured that cold and insecure feeling in the atmosphere.
Thumbs up!
Hey, thanks for visiting my SB. This is how I found you and your various and very inspiring work. Keep up the good job!

(and of course)
A good few years ago when I first decided I wanted to become a concept artist, I found your website while fumbling around looking for where to begin my path. I thought then, "I want to be as good as this guy man". I'm still working on it. Glad to be on the same forums as you man, keep inspiring.
Adam.
YO!
WhaSap!
bhanu: Thanks, i use different mediums for different tasks.
Envisor: You probably won't believe me but i made this BEFORE that game was published. I was soooo inspired by the bad-ass 80's action films like "American Ninja" and all those Chuck Norris crap that i decided to start my own project called "Khan & Ninjas of South Paraguay". This is going to be a B-movie one day, i hope.
ronaldK: I'm touched. Thank you. No, i don't speak spanish. Chupacabra is something i really dig. I even made a spoof documetary about this mythical creature. You can watch it on my homepage under "Videos" and it'c called "Creature Quest". My friend Graham plays the main character and i'm playing his local guide. We were so drunk there that i got banished from the Zoo in Zurich and am not allow to go there ever again. Hehehe, fuck'em, i'll go anyway and do some more guerilla films...
MattGamer: Hahaha, dude you rule!
deltron05: Man, your words make me want to marry youThanks a world.
camou: FABIAN!!!! Teaching you and your friends in the school was a pure pleasure - and you mister are a talent of its own. Gruess!
Noukah: Finally someone to praise me for that damn pooch! I almost killed myself on that. Thank you so much.
matejkovacic: Dudowsky! Great meeting you. Let's stay in touch here.
ATAnderson: Oh dear. Is there a better compliment? No. There isn't. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Sorry for taking so much time for responding. I've been faced with some wonderfull things coming my way: a game, music video and a movie project.
And, my painting video is published in the current issue of ImagineFX. I made it without any of those fancy talkings, just down-to-earth walktrough, explaining my own personal struggles and problems by creating a creature / character. It's from a fellow-designer for design-fellows. Here a screenshot:

very dynamic!
Why are you saying you got anatomy issues?I find them close to perfect.
The speedpaintings a la Sparth and Vyle are pretty neat too, but i'd like to see some color on those.
