your drawing will improve but keep it up! the one thing that bugs me is everything is okay work. but the self portrait is outstanding. the way you painted it looks like a paintover... try to avoid such things

Got some awesome shiznit in here mate! The self portrait is great, love that strong lighting. You start you stuff very unusually, but it seems to work very well for you. Battle4 is looking mindblowing, really love that one and the samurain. Samurain has me kinda thinking of one of Dan Milligan's paintings.

Jake: yea I'm finally back in my groove, I'm trying to work more with my coloring style trying to get it down. I'm liking it so far.

but yea, I just finished the lines for the new Powerglove album cover, this is a really crappy scan but its the best I can do til I go to kinkos:

Some nice characters here, with some solid designs!
Also some great improvement.
The one thing that seems to not be on par with it all are your faces.
Generally they are quite simplieied and a bit cartoony.
A great way to get much better, is to do ref faces and self portraits.
Keep drawing dude, youre getting better!

your sketches are solid, good characters, and nice flow. i like the cartoony feel. that gorilla beast man is awesome, definetely work on that some more.
