Awesome sketchbook man! Last two works are cool and perfectly executed, but I think they lack some kind of "interest". I mean, the orc is very stereotyped, as if it was the average enemy from a game. It could not be a special character, it looks like all other orcs. It's the same with the ghost (If I have understood it well, your ghost is the one with blue bg); only the breasts make it look "special" in some way, (although they look like they're not part of the character), the face and arms, for example, could be that of another orc.
I think magical or fantasy beings, such as orcs, exist in our imaginary because they have a function, and that is to exaggerate human features and attitudes.
I'd suggest taking some real character/people as a base, could it be a random portrait or something, and deform it to make it monstruous, while maintaining the "essence" of the portrait. That way, your characters would have a unique personality, manifested in their unique features. Also, try to define the personality of the character you're protraying in only one adjective, and keep that adjective in mind during all the painting process.

Sorry if the crit is out of place, I didn't mean to offend in any way. However, your work is really inspiring. Keep it up!

the lighting on them is all pretty similair. ive never been the fan of the harsh stage colored side lighting.
i think it kills atmosphere a little
but you know your good, just a different post from the ass kissery you deserve
