This is a first in a series of paintings that I'm going to do as a scholarship piece. I'll probably print it at 9x12 or half that size.


This is the third. I need help with composition and anatomy.

So, crit away!
I hope it's okay to bunch them together like this since I consider them as one piece. THe rest of the paintings (2- 3 more) will come later, I need help with the composition. Thank you

i'm only seing two images...not sure if that's right. i'm not sure what the first one is....a red thing at a riverbank?...the composition is boring. the red thing is dead center, and the major lines are straight horizontal. I'm starting to like the second one, but it could also benefit from a little perspective
