Hey - I like that - it needs some refining though. Have a good look at facial muscles and try some more expressions.
As for one pic a day - posting one a day is cool. But drawing only one a day isn't - at least 5 - 6 sketches or doodles beside bigger projects like this one.

Study your anatomy and drop a line and leave it, you are using too many lines to define one. This makes for messy work. Your proportions are getting really funky.
