The second one scared the crap outta me. It's so ugly it's cute.Love the fuzz and the sunken face.
I just ordered a one year subscription to Imaginism Books. I'am looking forward to your Creature Sketches book. Great work as always!

Love the expression on that flying guy,can I keep him as pet?
When I was young, I could do all-nighters in my sleep.
great addition! good sense of motion - reminds me of something that fellow post-er chuck, mate. would do.
....active, dynamic, and yet comical at the same time (teeth and characters in bg). i dig it!!
cheers,

Wow, brilliant update image. Great lighting and movement.
Haha that second one is so brilliant! He looks... I don't know, fun? Cool? Happy? Really nice anyway!
the last one is by far my favourite. Really good dynamic and designs. Love the way you've managed the motion effect, but for some reason i kinda miss the brushy style of the cape from your CGtalk version (of course, not that rough but...). Almost looks like a directional blur in photoshop now, although i'm pretty sure it ain't
Anyway. cool stuff Mr Chiu!

theres is a nice blend in your work between exageration and cartoon, and then hinted realism in the way you paint and light it![]()

Really sensational stuff. Lots of humor and pleasant colors, but also impressive details. The fur is amazing, did you use the "twisting the pen "method in Painter to follow the contour of the body?
These creatures have my favorite detail in them "personality"keep it up please.
