A few of us at work have started doing 1 hour long studies at lunch of either paintings or photographs, been so valuable to me in a few ways. Using other paintings has been great to learn others methods and process etc and limiting the time to 1 hour has really helped me get quicker and "confident".
Anyways, here are the studies. Most are no where near as finished as I would like - missing eyes, wonky faces etc - but they have seriously been great
