Art Schools in Japan

hey, i was wondering if anybody knows some good art schools in japan. i recently decided that i would like to go to art school as my next step, and it would be nice to stay in japan if possible, if that is the most cost-effective thing. i talked to my friend's dad (who happens to be an awesome freelance artist in tokyo) who mentioned a couple schools to me: Musashino Art University (where he went to), KIDI (Parsons' sister school in Tokyo), Tokyo Geidei, Zoukei Daigaku, Tama, and Kuwasawa Design School. i am leaning towards getting a degree in illustration. because i know the language might be a problem (i need to pass the level 2 Japanese exam), i am also looking at some schools in the us and canada (with Sheridan being the top, cheapest choice at the moment), but it would be nice to be able to explore my options. thanks for your help; enjoy the day folks.
