I like the bottom half in the first one. The second one has really cool background, but the character's face is a major turn off.
I love the third one, the color and detail are nice. Although I felt there can be a little more buildings in the background, especially on the sides, so it won't leave much empty space near the edge and make it look more like city instead of building floating there.

I like your style alot, as mentioned I think your faces could use a bit of work though.
You ever tried adding more color to your stuff? you seem to do each section by section monochromatically. I think adding more colors to the skin tones and other things could really add alot more life to these.
