here's my rough sketches of some spaceships and drone.

question: is there exist fast technique make them more clear looks?

You mean in photoshop?
Maybe you can use the shift+brush to get straight lines ( i think its better than line tool because you don't have to rasterize)- I read this somewhere in this forum...
and to get smoother colour I guess you could use the gradient fill.
You could do this in a layer above the one you have your sketch and use it as reference.

this takes to much time to me... i have only 30-40 mins to make 1 sketch
and guys want it clean ....
i think may be it is filters combination or any other tip
i know that i can use my tablet, but i am not so familiar with it for this time

Do a web search for Photoshop Curves tutorial, do some reading, and then practice. You can fairly quickly clean up these, and darken your lines without losing details, you just have to work at it a bit.
