Nice to see you back. Yeah, so I guess I have to judge these only on stuff like composition for now. Digging the train.

Hey man, cool stuff, it seems like you try new things all the time. Thats good, its good to experiment. These images are definitely a good start, keep at it.

These are my favourites, And in my opinion some of your strongest pieces:

    Dial 0800-Escape
    Touch of Red
    Macro Study - Defrosting time

The exposure picture is kinda hurting me a bit. Having it in black and white or maybe positioning the camera to have a play of the blue on one side of the rails and red on the other would have been nicer, but alas it was not to be.

The third picture I like as it seems very 'detached'. The figure's just sitting there, it's almost entirely impersonal, and... yeah.

Ghosts, I like the way that the 'ghosts' fit with the shadows on the wall most of all. I just think it's a nice picture and effect.
    Thas'll.

Ghosts is good stuff. But, then, you've done this kind of thing before. Still, if it ain;t broke...

'bulb of light'... bulb of light? LIGHTBULB!

I'm in love with these feet. Well, those feet, but I am in love with feet none the less*. Fantastic, definately the best out of the set in my opinion.

The other pictures I like, but don't really have enough time to explain what I like about them, as I usually aim to do... alas.

Though why the title 'Odd Culture'? Is it because it's an Odd Culture where you change the way you smell, especially by buying scent in a bottle? Or what?

*The picture that is. My personal preferences stay well out of this.

Rhynome- Glad you like 'em. Odd Culture is a bit of a word play. Try saying Haute Cuture really quick. Anywazy, you got a good aproach there. And those... those are my feet.

T-Raktor- Errr... ok. U'r ugly *Hugs Edi*

Sam- It's awsome to have my cam back. Cheers bro!

No, I won't kill you, then I won't get photos to look at.
Did you take photos inside a washing machine? I really can't tell what's going on... but funky none-the-less.

I can't really find anything I don't like about these photos. It seems you found a great time to take some great pictures.

Peace, love and lightbulbs to you too mate.

Well, I'm dont have a feet fetish like Rhynome, but I do think thats a good photo. I like escape route and negation, but I wish that in negation is was a bit more crisp and modern. You know? None of that soft sepia stuff around the rim.

    Danke!

Inversion and Negation are post-proccesed in photodchop . No real processing, tho, just inverted them. They are negatives of the originals which were pics of lightbulbs.

Gonna post more when i have time.

    Uhm, okay.

When's the last time you bought me flowers, eh, or helped with the dishes?
Once in a while you need to bring home some chocolate; or spend the time to think about me and decide what I'd like; here's a hint, praline. When are we going to see a film together, Gabriel? When was the last time we ate out?

And get your bloody hair cut.

Dude, i like the "Escape route". Though i smoke there at least twice a day, i've never seen it like that. For me that means taking an oridinary place, and transform it in something else. Real cool dude, keep'em comin'!
Oh, and as i said...i don't get your passion with light bulbs Are u some kind of light bulb fan? :p

For me it's feet, for him it's lightbulbs. Imagine a lightbulb shaped like a foot!

Considering I know the first names of many of the people here I might as well break my code of silence and come out from behind the iron curtain. 'Tis Robert. That is all you shall hear for now. If I told you any more I'd have to kill you... then eat myself.

it`s like a soap opera here Le Gab my man...a couple of days i go to the sketbookthread and what`s going on here? bulbs? lights? FEET? and even worse..Toilet seats? what`s wrong with the world today?
P.S. don`t get chocolates...they`ll eat more and more and more and one day ur gonna wake up next to a lamaty for christ`s sake...get`em pop corn!
seriously now, i like this thing u have with the bulbs i like "a bulb Of Light" because it`s only one spark in the dark reflecting on the right side in a thin foil of glass, i find the ideea and composition of that picture perfect, i don`t like the greenish color tough...i like the one with the feet,it reminded me about a movie i believe it was french...Haute Tension....i like the ones with the big lightbulbs..the negatives!great ideea!
Good Night man and may the light(bulb) guide you through darkness
