First post nothing big.


Heres a couple sketches off my hard drive( although i will be stealing the use of my brothers scaner when he goes off to work!<shhhhhhhh>). editing is really my strong point on the pc end of things not really all that good with the digital medium as far as creating raw images but heres what i got

ok lets get this crap storm rolling this is a much larger post than you'll usually see from me but this will kinda get you up to speed. and i apoligize for my scaning ability first time really using one didnt think that it would scan through the smaller sketch books thin paper ... oh well live and learn

just a little sketch i did this past couple days just pencil a white color pencil and white gaouche <probobly miss-spelled that >

i learned 2 important lessons over the past two days 1) play in a pool hall for more than 6hrs and your back will hurt like a b***h . 2) drawing on tinted paper rocks

oh well questions coments sugestions all welcome will have more in a couple days.

Um well Damn that is um uhhh Damn now I have to step up or step out. I like how it turned out ill say that much Keep it up. For a change of pace why don't you try some "From life" material similar to your Goh but an actual person, mabey . Anyway bitchn stuff talk later.

Hey everyone thanks for all your suport this is the first time that i have posted my art online and its a great expirence to be a part of the web site its ending up to be a great way to motivate and challenge myself. If anyone every has any sugestions good or bad do not hesitate its part of the learning/growing process.


And for my first try at actual anatomy refrences ever! (well 10+years) please judge nit pick crit what ever you want to do



the center sketch took me the longest as it was my first and the lighting on the model was very "unique" probobly about 45 min at the most the rest of them maybe 10 min a peice or so

and random crap just cause i wouldn't feel right not posting it



well there you go just a little up date while my back is keeping me indoors but then again tomorow is half price pool.....hmmmm.

heres more of the randomness people have come to expect.

been on a little bit of a batman craze so heres ivy pencil sharpie and paint pens


...and batman - sharpie leather dye prisma color marker and pencil


random faces and some snakes in clouds pencils (will atempt coloring later)


more faces pencil and sharpie


daily sketch group that never got done or scaned and ramdom crap- sharpie leather dye paint pens pencil and primacolor color pencil


and a complete skitso moment wait for the ingredents on this one....
pencils. sharpies. leather dye. prismacolor color pencils. gaouche. i think a little bit of spit hell who knows what else i think i threw the kitchen sink in at some time too.?!?



well thats it for right now ... and in case your wondering i have absolutely no idea what made me think to use leather dye as an medium but i think the effect worked well. ill be updating again in a little bit with some more tries using pc software but hell knows where that will go . as usual questions coments sugestions critiques andything let me have it .

i tell ya working the pc to color things and sketch seams like more of a chore than fun but oh well ill keep it up heres what i got so far done.


one of my first atemps ... its ok i guess. i think the coloring doesnt bother me as much as the drawing it self does.


its acutaly a study i did of a figure i have using painter

and just because i coundnt seem to get hair to look right she has no hair

I say that to everyone I deem of such a high caliber of drawing that they should be drawing comics or something. Your style is very Humberto Ramos. I like a lot...especially the Batman pics...

You have a really great and unique style. It looks like it would look really good in animation or comics.

thelightshines: thanks for the complement . im ok but i need a whole lot of work. haha and about ramos i think i only have one of his comics and it had the greengoblin in it ( character favorite by the way ) and it sorta stuck with me at the time though never knew who did it ( ramos ) but glad you like it ill see what i can do about some more batman stuff but i dont make too many promises.
