This definately looks GROSSBut in a cool, garbage-patch kids GROSS
I particuarly like the way this scene is lit, as well as the bottle. I feel that the face of the baby could use a little bit more realistic porpotions, as the cartoony features cheapens the overall gross effect. It would be even more gross if the baby looked more realistic, but still deformed and freakish.

the scene could have been a bit more realistic indeed, didn't really think of a specific rendering style.. I just kept on painting
I also tried with bigger veins, but I preferred the subtle ones.. maybe i'll add a thicker one, I guess i'll have to test..
