Take care of those crits. You really should start using big brushes. There's no need to crosshatch when working digital. Also, watch quicksilvers' image, try to soften up on the colours

    Mera updates no förfan.

Nice effort waka, you doing a allstar improvement!! But let that not be the end, break down what u already know, to even simpler shapes. The guy you drew has life, well drawn. Try to push urself keeping the detail till last, draw the overall first. Discepline is the key to success.

Those eyes are pretty interesting and I really like the last guy. I can certainly see that your lines are starting to get more confident. Keep thoughs studies coming!

Very cool improvement goin on up in here. I like these BW illustrations, doing like this will help you to know what to emphasize in a finished piece.
The eye studies look great. Next step is to draw em in relation to rest of the face, then relstion to the rest of the body. It's great to really work at one point of the body, but once you feel you've got it down, work at it with the rest fo the figure in mind.
    Big man is lookin great!
    Cool stuff mang!

    Nice stuff
    Good studies, and nice eyes

The thunderdome looks nice, but it could use some more drama
Perhaps you should add some contrast?

I hope you are learning something valuable, off your sketches... not that it is attractive to draw needles into flesh (my fobia), other than that try to focus more of the torso section, which can be a very attractive prop to draw.

Hey dude. I'm seein massive improvement here in just three pages. Just wanted to show some love. In this one: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y136/wakazou/piss.jpg the hand on the left has a dimple on it that looks a little too dark, you could just leave that dimple out and i think that would be a pretty sweet hand. keep at it dude, u'r improvin like a mofo.

    Good work Waka!

Hey man it was nice chatting last night/morning. You've gotta great sketchbook started so far. The only suggestion I have is to focus on your line quality, thicker to thinner and so on. I like to emphasize corners and certain contours. I think the best advice I can give is to not overdraw the subject. Start with a series of light loose line work then pick and choose the ones that work best to darken.

Like I said on msn... definate improvement! Keep pushing on the last one! Crit that hasn't been mentioned (I think): Maybe you could try to give the dude behind the woman a little more twist in his body? Might not work though... just a thought... And listen to Slash

first off congrats on the win, you deserve it. you are pumping out some good stuff. theres huge improvement from the first page. have you had the anatomy books out because you seem to be making progress with that too.

one thing i think you could work on more is edges. when to have soft edges and when to have hard edges it will save you a lot of time when painting if you pay a lot of attention too it..

    anyway, keep it up

oohhh the one with the girl with the red hair is great..why not develop it farther and make it really finished? I think it would pop with delicate and really bold and thick lines
