Sketchbook Support Group

Alright I received my scanner and have begun posting drawings. I've been drawing daily for quite a few hours each day. I'm willing to do what it takes to improve. I'm looking for a group of artist who have the same goal in mind.

Now I'm not looking to start a group on trying to stay motivated to draw every day. I'm looking to start a group who will motivate each other improve. Basically though critiquing each other, giving each other tips, etc... Again I'm not looking for a group of guys/girls who are trying to draw every day. I'm looking for a group of people who do that already and are determined to improve.

I'd like to join a group, I think that would help me a lot... one of the ones where you don't have to post in the sketchbook everyday, just because I might get busy. I have a tendency to go several days without posting in my sketchbook though and I need to practice more!

I would like to join a group too please. I'm getting into studies every day now, and definitely sketch every day (bar one day a week maybe... due to laziness, hence wanting to join a support group). My avatar shows what work I like to do, but am still open to other styles (and studies are attempted to be a lot more realistic and less cartoony).
