I would have put the title if I had any clue what I was going to call this

As you can see there is a ton I have yet to do, and i've been working out the details on the left side of the pic mainly...I really have some decisions to make about the city scape. I was thinking about putting neon corporate logo's tokyo skyline style...

Mainly wondering if the colors are working and anything else that may come to mind...thx

Over all it feels a bit muddy, and the colors are pretty much equal in value through out. A good test is turn a picture gray scale and see if things are equally gray.

Really try to push more of a mid tone, saving those bright 'right off the swatch' colors for a few choice areas you want to draw our eyes to. In this case, probably the girl in the bathroom.

I like the mood, and the idea your going for, it just needs that extra push still.
