2 new things [mar 9]

two new little things from my sketchbook. Anyone have any thoughts or comments? stuff to improve? lemme know

Impressive buildings. The Angels arms are very short.

I like the buildings piece. Did you use a straight edge?

hmm on the angel the arms are supposed to be foreshortened cause they're pointing towards the viewer sorta, altho now that you mention it the right (his left) arm does seem a little short, i'll try and fix that. And the buildings were drawn in pencil with a ruler, then pen was done free hand to give it not such a stiff feeling.

On the bottom piece though I have 2 things..
1) I'm not sure fi this is how you meant it.. maybe he's blind or something, but his arms seem a bit off center, they are a bit too his left, rather than right in the middle.
2) next time you're doing something like this, try to keep the activity away from his crotch. The pic still looks good now, but it gives immature people something to giggle at.
