okay, i have worked on this until i cannot see anything else that i don't like about it/that is wrong.
i'll mention she was drawn from a very petite short girl, so her neck and torso are kinda short, but i like the look it gives her, so i don't wanna change it, but if the bone/muscle placement looks weird tell me.

anyways, i spent waaaaaaaaaay too long on this pic.......8 HOURS!!!! *nurses hurting hand*

sorry i couldn't post the whole pic, instead just a thumb to clicky on, the website i upload to is being retarded. crits?

Okay, it's Friday, I'm feeling expansive. Eight hours! South Dakota!

Just kidding. On the whole it looks pretty good - kind of a storybook quality, the good fairy, maybe.

Crits: looks a little short-waisted, but this could be my taste. Definitely want to work on the hands. They're always hard and the foreshortening doesn't make it any easier. One hint: as fingers curl, they aim toward the center of the hand, so you'll never see a little finger like that unless something horrible has happened.

The right hand looks like an afterthought. Obviously you're willing to spend some time on your drawing, so take a little more and work on hands. They're hard.

There's something ambiguous about the ear, too, if that's what it is. Looks like it might want to be the back of the head.

A word about getting replies: it should be obvious that newbies get the least, even tho they may need the most. This is fairly typical for all the forums I've seen. The pros get the most (mostly compliments). This is human nature, I guess. Posting a drawing is like putting your ego on the line, but you're better off not taking anything here personally. If you post frequently, you'll get more replies.

yeah i know newbies hardly get any replies heh, but that's not the case. i put this up in 3 different websites also when 2 of them i've been there for more than a year lol.
i'll fix what you suggested heh....i know she's a bit short waisted too, but i'm trying to remedy making them too long......i think it's still possible so i'm going to leave it?
her right hand was drawn perfectly.....but in the wrong place. i used the transform tools to make it smaller and in the right place.....

wow, you spent that long working on it?
the hell am i saying, I do the same thing sometimes....ok, most the time
but, now i just say screw it and make it sketchy or just color it and outline only what really needs it
anyways, on to the critique
the pose is not very dynamic
the skirt needs to be changes, could be better
the face could use a little more expression
i think you should make more characters and madd them into one image
it looks like it belongs to a bigger scheme

well it is part of a bigger scheme lol. in front of her it will be winter, and in her thingy coming off of her arm in it will be spring, she's bringing spring, hence the title, comes the spring.
how can the skirt be better with still keeping it short and barely there?

Her feets too big. They look big as, if not bigger than the size of her head.
She needs a butt too. She looks pretty flat as of now. Also the angle that
she is in, you shouldn't be able to see her breasts, maybe a little bit of it,
but not as much. Heck, you should make a line connecting to her ribs to her
armpits and a bump underneath to show that she's got breasts.

Your art looks familiar. Are you on DA?

her feet are to big for YOU. i always draw bigger than normal feet, so i know they are big, thanks. and she has a butt, it is NOT an error why would i need to change it? if i gave her more she would look too out of proportion. she is a petite little pixie. hmm......you're right about her boob, i'll change that thanks ^^
and yes i am on DA, with the same name as i have now here. i just got a daily dev ^^
