Female Domination

Well, since alot of the TD participants are posting their oiece, I'm gonna jump on the bandwagon. Heres mine, and Its finally finished....theres some things that I definetely couldve done better....but I like it at the same time.

Looks great, Nic! Definately one of my favourites in the TD. Love the colours, especially the variations in the flesh tones.

really beautiful man. the rendering reminds me a bit of bisley, which is of course a good thing. you have a great range. keep em comin dood

Thanks for droping in & commenting Guys! Mike, you're right about the mountain. I wanted it to be kind of vague "misty", so that it wouldn't be too dominant...maybe its a little too vague.
Ok, I know nobody asked for details, but I already had them made up for a german forum....so why not?

i also agree with the things just said, nice work. i like this pink typo an graphic elements they give this piece a more sweeter look.
and a very cool thing is that the pic looks very gory at the first view, at the second i just recognized that there are no cuts on the body at all, respect

I simply love this image. I saw it in the Thunderdome Thread and was blown away. Im a sucker for anything Japanese anyway, and this image is just so evocotive. Lovely painting.

Any chance of a larger Scan at all?

What does the writing say?

The style of the pic is very attractive !

the female is well painted, but i don't think that female will dominate like that, by violence. But by the mind, intelligence or by their sweetness

i like the details, keep ^posting ^_^

I love all the colors you are using for the flesh tones in your painting and I also like the fact that a great deal of it is indicated, not rendered with a fine tooth comb.

Thanx doods, I'm glad you all like it....TD is fun, I think I shall participate in the upcoming ones as well!!

nate - yeah, i didnt intentionaly not put any gore in, it just never occured to me til it was too late. I figured dead bodies would be enough even without lots of gore....

ANARKY - the writing is part of a bushido text, I believe. If not then I've been tricked, coz sadly, I cant read japanese.
