I'm going to color this up, but here's the lineart for now. Based on a sketch in my sketchbook.
Let me know of any problems with the lineart or suggestions for coloring.

I like it... Personally, Id like to see a snake at the upper part as well...
I embrace my desire to feel the rhythm, to feel connected, enough to step aside and, weep like a widow, to feel inspired, to fathom the power, to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain, to swing on the spiral, to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human...
dont know if you are planing on doing it with the color but some scales would be cool...
the lightning bolt eyebrow does it for me, nice touch
I think the snake in the middle is a tad too ..phallic.. I think if you turned it twoard the right and maybe upward it might let your eyes move back to the face. Right now all of the elements in the picture lead your eyes out of the design.
I like the line drawing, it reminds me Otomo´s style, I think one or two snakes in first term would help for composition and would make it more spectacular. referent to color I see it in brown, terracota, green...
Drawing looks good so far. But i see one issue that bothers me. Is your medusa suppose to be a female?
The lower portion of the chin is too far down. And has too much of a square shape at the front of the chin. The space between the bottom portion of the lip and the bottom of the chin should be closer together to make her look more feminine.
And the bridge of the nose that connects to the forehead shoud have more of an inward curve i think. You normally see noses like that in males i believe.
I suggest you fix the chin before you color it.
IMO she`s too pretty. According to myths she was so horrible that anyone who looked directly at her turned to stone. Im still fleshy all over. Maybe a little stoned? har har har...
