Hey Kemp, very nice stuff around here. You're improving fast man, I really love your skull drawings and the anatomy studies are great.
Thanks for sharing and keep improving!

btw: I also got recently some animal skulls and bones, but they are not cleaned... yep, it's quite inspiring to see some rotten flesh when you're drawing but... do you know how to clean a skull without damaging it? I thought about boiling it but not sure if it will brake or something...
    yeah, creepy question.

it's been a long time, friend of friends. this stuff is rad. you're stuff has always been rad, but now this is radder than your past rad stuff. i see improvements in everything (figs, digi paint, environments - perspective rocks). but this comes as no surprise considering you're paid to do the draws these days. just browsing through comments, what's this I hear about starcraft-a-thon from Janu? watch out for my lurkers. I'll drop them right on your minerals. sheeeit.
I hope you're well, bud. It's seriously been a long time. just one question: how you draw like dat?

You stepped it up allll kinds of notches. I'm so glad you're still progressing so well, and I'm DAMN glad you posted. Keep it up man really and good luck with the career. Jesus really I just looked at the sketches again, I'm so impressed.

Here's some more stuff I've been doing in between other garbage. I was really pissed when my SB got stolen that I had to run out and buy another sketchbook to ease the pain. I also didn't realize how much my box of pencils was until I had to buy it all again, them art supplies aint cheap. Especially here in expensive land SF. Hopefully I'll have some paintings soon.

OH I also realized these may be coming out too dark on PC screens since I'm doing the adjusting at MAC gamma. Hopefully these aren't too dark for you pc users.

These first two are older, then the portrait i did from live of my friend over christmas.

these are from my new large moleskin, some of them have the sketches form my thunderdome pic.

This is the raw drawing I worked off of for the TD, you can see it changed quite a bit

    J: thanks
blog: I've been trying to get more values by going slower and building more tone than line patterns. Just trying to switch it up and get a more realistic approach. The cross hatching thing was a means to an end but I don't want it to be a hard and fast style that sticks to me until the grave. Just part of the process.
OH so you stoll my shit eh? you Muthafuckin' Britt!
vigostar: Thanks man, Poses vary from 2-30 min. generally. Yea the fetish thing is something I've been interested in for a while, it's starting to pop up in my work more and more now. Interesting stuff! Good luck this year to you too man.
flexmathewssss: Thanks Pat, hope you get a chance to come down here sometime soz we can have some drank proper. Hope you're doing well dude.
flakpost: haha or just some stank. thanks man.
johnny78: yea it blows. yep, no one's got a clue
Zebzfree: yea fuck those theives. Damn that sucks man. I had to chuck a portrait sculpture once after working on it for 4 weeks because I fucked up the cast. It's gut wrenching.
strych9ine: Dude I'll wait for you at my place with a showercurtain and a bucket of ky. You're too kind man, the way you talk dirty like that gets me inspired in all sorts of ways..
    JeffJaws: Thanks bro.

Groover: Dude when ever you wanna bring it!! Seriously you gotta teach those guys i work with a lesson, they've been whiping my ass. I'll call you soon.
Icey: good, draw that sheit, thanks.

    tullie: thx
auto_matt:thanks man, good luck with it!
    azghoul: thanks!
    fatkid: thanks man
    guggagain: haha, next time bro.
p4b10: Thanks Pablo, means alot coming from you. Killer work in the thunderdome man. I'm not familiar with cleaning skulls, I got those prepared at the shop.. Boiling might work or just soaking in water. You could just let the flesh dry and keep them like that
    seth1: thanks!
    m@: thanks man.
fooxoo: grab it and use it!
    Hiipi: thanks man.
codakromek: Thanks man, I love your work my good sir. I wonder if God is willing to do me favors

Brought a tear to ma' eye.. Dude you gotta kick some of these guys asses with your SC skills. I'm suckin' big time these days. haha. I'll write you a proper shemail soon. Hope you're doing well bro.
blankslatejoe: Dude that shit is the funniest thing I've ever read.
Orozco: thanks man, hold your head up high man.
