    Talking Jorge2K´s sketchbook+stuff (BIG update)

Hello, I'm new here. My name is Jorge and I'm from Ecuador. I study digital arts in the USFQ. My friend Gringoloco told me to come post my drawings over at Conceptart.org, so I listened to him and here I am. By the way pretty good site, I'm amazed about the quality of the work here. Greetings!

welcome! id like to see more stuff. practice your anatomy and drawing from life religiously. work on the weight of your lines. it seems like your rushing too much and pressing down on your pencil too hard at the start. start a drawing lightly and more carefully that way you can erase a mistake much easier. good luck man

Pretty nice man. If I were you I'd do some anatomy studies. Keep up your work and it'll seriously payoff at the end if you keep it up

i agree dude, anatomy studies is what you need.

also man, your signature is unreligiously big....

keep em coming, focus less on presentation too. just show us the goods.

xpose, crunch and jetpack42 tks for the advices, i realy need to buy a anatomy book, because in my college the anatomy for artists isnt exist

    Exclamation carajo!

George, I appreciate the amount of work you have done recently, in spite of the amazing amount of other work we have to do at college.

On another note, I'm just ashamed at the lack of critizing and participation from other forum members, and there should be like 10000 at least in total. I though this was a community, established in order for people to help out other less skilled artists in becoming better. At the begging people did help each other (I'm registered since 2002, remember that), but as each day passes it is just becoming a big ass drawing spam fest, which is no better than text only spamming. Which mean it is very useless to post, well unless my nick is "android", "el coro", "marko", or "lungbug". Which are already very accomplished artists/illustrators. I mean at least in the Sketchbook threads, its totally unrecommended. In the end I regret I'll have to move to the TSOFA forums, whose community is relatively small. At least right now. Or try to create a smaller community inside CA.org (a south american or ecuadorian chapter or something like that)

    Greetings!
