Thanks everybody for your nice comments. The more i read your messages, the more I hope I could convince my publisher to translate this comics in english language.

Yutani : I don't remember exactly, maybe some others pages on another board. Sorry.

Nephilim : I don't use any 3d models. It's just sometimes photographs collages (I'm working with photoshop)

Mogando25 : I've done some other tutorials on my website but for now, not any of them is about these comics pages. It takes too much time, maybe later... You can find one tutorial of mine in a book called "illustration with Photoshop", first published in french language but it will be soon available in English version (Eyrolles publisher). There's also in the same book sother tutorials by Sparth and Bengal.

Common Terry : I don't know exactly because I'm working for book covers and videogame industry at the same time. Maybe less than 4 days for a page.

    Steph : thanks very much

Form : Sparth and Bengal are close friends of mine and I've worked with them several years in the same videogame company (Darkworks).

    Thanks for your kind words

Tharmine : It will be published by the french publisher called "Delcourt éditions". I have to finish the first issue for May 2005.

Geki : Yes, it's the first one.

    Jetpack42 : Wow !!! Thanks.

IronClad : I'm working with a writer called Mathieu Mariolle. I'm working alone and I'm doing everything myself from layout to colors.

Gezstar : I'm really honoured and proud that someone as skilled and talentuous as you like my work like that.

Vivement la sortie de cette BD!
Your work on the background is really amazing!
And the film noir amosphere is really present.
There is a little change on the hero character face, no?
    Great work man!

    looks great.

but gives off a bad beginning of the Matrix "Trinity Scene" vibe.

the building w/ the cop cars, very fun to look at.

Awesome. really really nice texture and color.
I'm personally tired of seing the perfect gradations of color in a lot of comics. This stufff is super nice.

very nice work, though i do have a crit. on a technical level, the art is very well done, but i find myself wanting more expression in it. i dont necessarily mean facial expressions, because i understand the kind of persona you are giving the main character. ...i am referring mainly to the gunfight scene. the figures and everything are rendered very nicely, but what youre lacking in this scene is intensity. the poses do not feel completely natural to me yet.. . i can see you taking them further.. . maybe even exagerrating them slightly. also, the handling on this scene could be taken further.. .try playing around with contrast and color to contribute to the mood. just some suggestions that popped into my mind. great work though

also, if youre at all confused about what im saying.. try taking a look at the comics that george pratt or dave mckean have done. youre bound to find some inspiration in them, as well.

Very nice, reminds me of the cutscenes from Max Payne for some reason. The art is much better than most of the comics out there today.
