heh im a sucker for reflected rim lighting.. yeah, real good job on the face and hands.. i think you ought to have had some more reference for the muscles cuz they dont look anatomically convincing enough.. the placements are right, but they dont show enough of the form..

Cool stuff man. I think the figure is great.
I'd like to see some interesting things going on in the background , though, like subtle changes in the shapes of the clouds, perhaps some color variation, etc.
Hope it helps, it looks amazing as it is, though

Awesome man, I'm sure anyone in his family would be moved by this.

Great likeness and fantastic work on the material (texture and folds). This is a touching homage to man who was even more super when he lost his powers to control his own body. There will be a place for you on the ship when the benevolent aliens come for the worthy.

My mom made me a superman costume when I was about 4 years old, after I saw the movie... I wore that costume for the next two years. No joke, I wore that costume every single day, all day long.

It's because of Christopher Reeve and that movie, that I fell in love with comics as a kid. He was a damn fine actor in my opinion, he had a very "regal" screen presence. He was a f'n strong dude too, after he was paralyzed he managed to shine even more as a man and a human being. It's a great loss.

    Good stuff, riddick. Nice work.

Thank you very much to all for your very sincere comments!
For my part I also think that Reeve will stay the best Superman.
To sadden, my server has problems.
I hope that the image will return fast.
