Well, I did some trick that my teacher tell me and some famous old artist did when they have a big background.
I made a checker and try on it.

but for sketch you need to work on proportion of full body based on head. and after practice it is in your head.

Important tips: Looking as important as practice. Good looking can tell you that drawing can not. so it is good to stay on some famous works and just analyze them.

So, I choose my way as comic artist and cartoonist.
I can copy better than draw from my mind,So,
I am starting practice from some source(Drawing Cutting Edge Comics,Christopher Hart) and from the beginning.

    Some update ...

Hey man, its nice to see a lot of studies. The more you do the better you will get. For the head drawings on #8, watch the structure. The cheek bones protrude from the main cranial mass and the eye sockets sink in. The mouth has a spherical shape that you need to include if you want your drawings to feel like they belong in a space....ahh its better if I draw what I mean. These are by no means perfect, just use them to identify problem areas. Keep it up man.
