Your drawings weird me out. Just kidding. You do have some strange stuff up in here tho. I'll admit. I'm kinda partial to your creatures. The shit eater is nice. It can eat my shit anytime. Send it on over. Think I'm workin' one up right now anyhow. So... the gestures look nice as well. You're lines are fairly accurate in regards to those life drawings. But I can't help but think you rush through your work. These things seemed like thri slashed on the pages. Which at times is good but, dude, slow down and really put some love and care into an image. Push and pull it more. Think about your hatching when you're layin' it down. Hatch with the form. Do some cross section studies if you're not catchin' what I'm sayin'. Ease up off that hand and let the image develop instead of just hackin' and slashin' your way through. Think about those lines your puttin' down. OK. End rant. I'm trying to get you to work into some more subtle stuff. The pages often just get really chaotic. You're workin' hard but I think you can do better. Keep on truckin' my man.

thanks zebz for giving me the 4-11 i will try to work on that more although there are times like wen im on the train or in public with people that i dont want to bother spending an hour rendering it nicely but wen im at home i will do that wen i work on my drawings. cheeeers.

HEY! everyone...

i stopped drawing for a few weeks to concentrate on my studies (i knew no one would care to see it abandoned so it was a relief) but now that ive finished all my exams except for one (next thursday) i have much more time to draw!!

i have also been really inspired and so i have been drawing a lot since monday but i've decided not to post everything i draw or anything i complete i want to make sure that its decent as in the past i've posted crap which i shouldn't have.

seeing as its pretty much the end of highschool, i can look forward to the end of this year and all of next year as totally dedicated to improving my art, as i have a scholarship so i can work hard for a year and see what happens.

i'm definitely at the stage in my life where i have to really get serious and focus on my weaknesses...been doing studies to improve areas of weakness and i will continue to do soo...i also need to attend more life drawing too.
I'm at the point where I can't use school as an excuse to rush my art or make mistakes, i really need to work harder.

anyways, heres some life drawing and sketches

as i went to life drawing..there were plenty more but i had to implement some quality control...actually they all turned out terrible but the best part about it was that i learnt so much i can avoid the mistakes next time!! YAY!!!
