this came up out of the idea of palliative care vs. curative, basically when doctors focus on easing the pain instead of curing the patient; inspired by old school pinups and mostly done for fun, and to mess around with using overlay layers in phsop

I'm not sure about the nurse, but that syringe looks great. (and no, I'm not a recovering junkie). Also think you have the girl's feet done very well.

Her eyes are not on the same level as her other features. Her left eye (our right) needs to be much lower.
Also if it were me I'd make the eyes a little bigger and raise the brow a bit so she doesn't look so mean. (Unless this is a scary nurse fantasy)
Also I'd bring that shoulder up. Look over your shoulder and notice where your chin is in relation to your shoulder.

I know the object here is to be exagerated and cheeky, but try exagerating the postures and attitudes more than the features. Think of your character as an actor. Imagine an ordinary girl pretending to be voluptuous and you will come closer to the mark.
So instead of huge breasts and butt and a tiny waist draw her with an ordinary butt and just really stick it out there.

Of course all of this is just how I would do it if it were me which it's not so feel free to ignore everything I say.

This is some good work, followed by valid comments. It also seems that she's about to fall over (away from us). The problem is that you haven't set the eye level without a doubt. It seems to be at just about every level as you get to it, though several bits tell us it's elsewhere. In order for the ffot placement to be proper, the eye evel is near the ankles, but the shoulders say it's up there.

The angle that the face is at would still allow us to see a little of the far cheek, as well.
