    Mortal Kombat: Deception

Mortal Kombat: Deception will be coming out for PS2 and Xbox pretty soon. Gamecube will have to wait until the first quarter of 2005 (Stupid *&@%ing son of a Mother &*%$*@!!!!). I must say, from what I've seen so far, this title looks pretty impressive. I loved MKDA and I'm glad that they haven't chosen to completely overhaul the fighting mechanics. Instead, they've refined it and given you so many more options. The arenas are by far the most impressive aspect of the game. I love the idea of multi-leveled arenas with deathtraps, obstacles and weapons lying around.

I wonder if it can climb above Soul Calibur II in my favorates ranking.

I just hit up an arcade with my girl the other day, and around the corner they had the old school street fighter 2 with the really long joy sticks that notched into the corners, I was just playing along against Zangeif and then this guy comes around all hot shot and I kicked his ass ala Ryu,

    Ahhh those were the days.

It looks interesting, though I'm usually not a big fan of fighting games, I may buy it.

Oh, Exo, looks like we GC'ers have something extra to wait for:

The GameCube version will contain additional items not found in the other versions of the game.
