This is the cheapest place I could find the book at. Apparently, it's from the source. Collectors Press is the one that published the book....well, Collectors Press's Icon is on the book cover and inside the book itself.....not a stamp, part of the print.
So, don't buy it at Amazon since there's a minimun of a $100 mark up.....I got mine in a week. Yeah, I feel screwed, but not that screwed.
