    It looks kinda flat, but that may have been your intention... Try makeing it look more see-thru

    You have some nice painterly brushstrokes here that I like. I like the distortion, too--I think it's a pretty successful piece overall.
    I'd like to see you do some other objects in this style.

    BlueMech- To be perfectly honest flat wasn't my intention, but I also didn't want to overwork it. Tried to keep my brush strokes fluid. I have a bad habit of gunking things up. guess thats why i usually work wet media instead of straight paint.

    emily g- I'll see if I can't simulate this style on something else later.

    ok to get the effect of the bottle happening at that level of distorted perspective, bend the top edge of the label more to conform with the bottles curve. it should be more bent than the bottom edge of the label. Also the cap should be whiter and have edges that go in a little more as opposed to straight up.
