More stuff that doesn't make sense...

Ok. Here are a few more paintings that I've finished. Can't wait to hear some crits. Maybe some of you pros can give me a little technical feedback.

    Thanks

    ho- larious totally
not that it matters much since its all so hilarious but the rv seems stretched out and the cloth on the guys rain coat seems simplistic and the shading is unrealistic because its values are spread to far along the value scale try darkening the coats highlights
    these things don't matter though...

lol, awesome stuff! I especially love the first one. You ever read the Seaguy comic? It's full of hilarious stuff that doesn't make sense.

Looks like you may be influenced by Southern California artist Sandow Burk. The middle piece really reminds me of his "Fog and Thunder" series.
Great sense of humor to them all.

well, in that first one I guess the character interaction could be a little more detailed...although it is good. I only see three hands. Where is the left arm of the man on the left?

I'l be honest, I love your concepts and execution - they all definitely remind me of Gary Larson.
However I didn't realize that the college pirate had a cannon, let alone that there was a cannonball in the air until after I read your question about composition and went back to look again.

    Hi,

really like the art, and although I feel I am probably completely unqualified to comment, I think the first one for me is the most balanced, while the second is really cool, and the third kinda makes you think...

Have you done any others? They are good

ps. I'm new here and I have to say these smily faces are a bit crazy aren't they! Whta's the wasp all about!?
