    "Painkiller" Sketches to Final

O.K. I thought I would show you my process from concept to final.
Those who play the game. You will notice that the cover is different from my final art. They decided to tweak it a little more. Not to my liking but I guess the publisher knows best.
I was very happy working on this game because it wasn't something I'm known for. Hopefully in the future I will have some more stuff to show.

    Salut,
    Greg

P.S. I had fun posing for this one.

very cool, I love the folds in the clothing and leather, the different surface quality of the materials is clear to the viewer.
I'm curious, you do a full black and white render before going to color? If so, how do you do the color layer whith out changing the original values?

one crit: the silhouette of the pistol on his belt is throwing me off, it's making me think that his weight is centered too far back over his heels. Maybe if I could see the feet in the photo I would have a better idea on how to help.
