how to post pics when they are over the allowed size for sketchbook?

I have most of my pics shaded and complete with no digital editing but there file size is to big to post in sketchbook, i need help understanding how to display them on this site if the file size is to large, how can i change the file size without effecting the quality of my artwork? please help.

You need to learn how to edit your pictures to make them the correct size. Get an image editor and reduce the size.

i have photoshop6 but not sure how to change file size with it, can you tell me how i do that?
