hi just tried with few knight and finaly got something gud ...but am stuck after giving value ...and donnu what color to give to the skin that will go with the golden armour

You should not use black for the shadows, especially on skins and golden metal. Remember metal will reflect the colors of surrunding objects, you should at least determine now what is it.

I think you can work more on the metal reflection before, the lighting can be reinforced too, currently I think all parts are not lighted the same way (the arms and the top leg protection), the arm should cast some shadow on the main armor too.

Going off what Griffonnage said about the metal reflecting its surroundings, it may be worthwhile thinking about the environment; maybe even do a quick sketch of it with some colours.

If by chance you have the book: John Howe "Fantasy Art Workshop" on pages 58-59 he has notes about armour, how it should sit and reflect.
