Warrior Concept [ WIP ] Need Suggestions

Hey Guys : I am posting my first WIP for my Warrior concept .. need some suggestions before i move forward

Hello.
I would suggest getting some more details down, keep it rough and then begin the painting step.
But it is a nice quick sketch, posing looks good.

The legs are way too long, for one. And the shoulderguards should be brought closer to the shoulders, and the rest of the armor need to be made a little thicker, it looks like cloth right now (Mainly the chest and stomach area)

It's a good pose and I like the Persian look of his cummerbund, trousers and sword. The top half might benefit if his shoulder armour was a little less American football looking and a little more saracen derived.
